Design Build

The Design/Build process is the most effective way for Delta to deliver a system to a client. Through careful needs analysis, and review, we uncover the goals of our clients and how to fulfill them. It begins with an initial meeting, in which, we discover the particular functions of the system desired. This interaction between Delta and the client has now begun to build the foundation for an initial design. Once the purpose of the space is determined it then goes to the Delta Design Team to initiate a preliminary System Design Report. The System Design Report spells out how the client will interact with the system and what it will provide for them. At that point a second meeting with the client will determine if the system described meets their requirements. This communicative interaction can go through a few reviews until the client is completely satisfied with the proposed functionality of the system. Upon acceptance of a complete Scope Of Work we enter the Build Phase.

The Build Phase is when we generate the documents that will allow our install group to build the system. A talented team of install specialists is then mobilized to complete the system.
Final test and training delivers the completed project to the client.

The Bid Process

Years of experience participating in the Bid process give us the insights necessary to bid, win and build projects. Our crew of estimators, engineers, project managers and control system programmers carefully review all bid documents to produce a bid response that provides the highest quality systems on budget and on time.
