No, they're not building a deepwater port from the coast to Springfield, Oregon.  But, Royal Caribbean has chosen to build a fantastic new Call Center and Training Facility there.  This hi-tech complex includes two HD Video Walls in the lobby.  Each 14' x 12' display will compliment the presentation and training rooms throughout.  Look for this new facility to come online the first quarter of 2006.
