Service Contracts

At Delta AV we understand the value and expense associated with today's technology. Commercial and professional use places a great deal of demand on your audio-visual hardware and installed systems. By offering various service programs we are able to take a proactive approach to your service needs. Our technicians maintain many manufacturer and industry certifications and utilize state of the art testing equipment.

Our service department offers various types of Service Agreements (most customized to your specific needs) that will address your individual need. Some of the services that may be included in a service agreement include: Confirmation that your A/V signal paths are functional, Verification of the video quality and alignment of your projector, Cleaning and Servicing of projector lamps and filters, Validation of your control system's programming and function, Verification of total system performance, Detection and Repair of system problems and complete documentation of the service call (including recommendations for repairs and system upgrades).
